Qabayan Radio supports United Triskelion of Qatar (UTQ) for Community Outreach

In line with its commitment to corporate social responsibility, Qabayan Radio has supported the United Triskelion of Qatar (UTQ) to support one of its community outreach programs. The initiative, which provides assistance to those in need, coincides with the 13th founding anniversary of UTQ’s Qatar chapter and the 56th national anniversary of the Tau Gamma Phi Triskelion Grand Fraternity.

Mr. Salim Kainikkara, Managing Director of Qabayan Radio, along with Station Manager RJ Cody, presented the financial support to the officers of the United Triskelion of Qatar (UTQ).

Mr. Salim Kainikkara, Managing Director of Qabayan Radio, the only Filipino radio station in Qatar, expressed the station's dedication to helping the Filipino expatriate community, stating, “We share the same goal of reaching out to Filipino expats, especially those who are most in need.”

As part of this collaboration, Qabayan Radio has provided financial support to further the outreach efforts.

Notably, UTQ provided essential volunteer marshals and crowd control services during the Sarah Geronimo and Bamboo concert held at QNCC – Education City on April 11, 2024. The organization has also pledged to offer the same support for the highly anticipated Eraserheads World Tour 2024 "Huling El Bimbo," set to take place at the same venue on December 13, 2024.
